Why Topography
Our founder, Alexander Saint-Amand, founded GLG in 2001 and ran it for two decades. During his tenure, GLG consulted with hundreds of thousands of physicians and scientists and partnered with virtually every major academic medical system globally.
His second venture, Topography Health, ran clinical trials across the country for five years and was recently acquired to create the largest embedded research organization in the US. That clinical infrastructure now supports the safe transmission of data for the next wave of healthcare technology, which means the organizations you introduce are in experienced hands.

Questions and answers
Is there a cost to join?
No. There are no fees, minimums, or quotas.
What kinds of organizations are a good fit?
Physician practices and specialty groups, health systems, imaging centers, labs, clinical research sites, and other organizations with substantial clinical or operational data. Cardiology, radiology, dermatology, and ophthalmology are in especially high demand.
Do I need to understand data licensing?
No. We give you an overview and materials you can share. Our team handles every technical, compliance, and legal conversation.
What’s in it for the organizations I introduce?
A new revenue stream from data they already hold. Partners keep 75% of the data fees their records generate, pay nothing upfront, and remain free to work with anyone else since every partnership is non-exclusive.
Is this employment?
No. Partners join as independent contractors under a partner agreement.
